Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience supervising multiple Developmental Technicians and maintaining time records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the home and provide assignments, guidance, and support to Developmental Technicians.
• Direct supervision of 12–45 Developmental Technicians.
• Monitor timekeeping and schedules to ensure safety and quality active treatment for residents.
• Ensure documentation related to timekeeping and scheduling is complete and accurate.
