Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related Human Services field preferred or 5+ years ID/DD experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver, IRA and ICF regulations, Quality Management.
• Must provide weekend coverage and flexible hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Adheres to corporate compliance, training and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, evaluate, supervise Direct Care Counselors and Shift Supervisors.
• Provide orientation and coordinate ongoing staff training.
• Manage staff schedules and payroll using TimeCare system.
• Schedule quarterly cluster meetings across shifts and teams.
• Oversee annual medication re-certifications and documentation.
• Complete incident reports and follow-up; attend reviews.
• Ensure budget compliance for personal services and other expenses.
• Manage personal, household, and recreation funds for residents.
• Ensure Service Plans/Outcomes are implemented and reviewed.
• Oversee fire drills, safety inspections, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and issue work orders as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
