Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee daily operations of residential services and lead a team of Direct Support Workers. The role focuses on guiding staff, training, and ensuring high-quality care in a supportive living environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma with 2+ years in the field and at least 3 years in a healthcare supervisory role. 2nd shift hours Sunday through Thursday, 1pm-9pm, with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in the field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Residential Manager and DSW team to develop and implement Individual Plans.
• Oversees staff schedule and secures coverage as needed.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for the individuals we serve.
• Provide direct assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
• Support household routines such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and safeguard personal belongings.
• Train and mentor Direct Support Workers to deliver high-quality care.
• Promote meaningful community engagement through employment, recreation, and volunteer opportunities.
• Serve as a hands-on leader who models professionalism, positivity, and empathy.
• Flexibility in work schedule when needed to support the program.
