Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning, located in Catonsville, MD, seeks a motivated Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities in Baltimore County. The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating clinical assessments, and ensuring compliance with DDS regulations.

On-site leadership and a focus on quality care are essential. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field, prior supervisory experience, and a valid US driver’s license in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field required
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• In some locations, valid US driver’s license and transportation may be required

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic and operational management to enable individuals to reach fullest potential
• Mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP goals
• Provide leadership to day-to-day operations and data collection
• Coordinate with nursing, QA/QI, and administrative departments
• Maintain scheduling and budgetary oversight
• Provide training and supervision for staff and residents in daily living and behavioral plans
