Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or seniors.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet Minnesota DHS licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of a single program location with potential support for others during transitions.
• Train, supervise and support Direct Support Professional staff at the location.
• Coordinate, lead and evaluate services for individuals supported by the program.
• Ensure compliance with 245D licensing requirements and site needs.
