DH Pace Company in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to lead the residential service and installation department. You will plan and schedule daily work, ensure timely completion, and monitor workload to meet customer commitments while maintaining cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with prior management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and prior management experience preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; good mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the residential service and installation department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, under budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans with front-line managers.
