Job summary

The Center for Family Support in Nutley, NJ is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned residence and to directly supervise Direct Support Professionals. You will ensure quality supports, manage the budget, and maintain systems critical to smooth operations in a residential program.

Responsibilities include coordinating program plans, staff training and evaluation, policy implementation, and ensuring regulatory compliance with OPWDD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in developmental disabilities with 1+ year in program supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the assigned residence and supervise DSPs.
• Ensure individuals receive quality supports and manage program budgets.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and systems for smooth running of the program.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OPWDD and state/federal guidelines.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with related services and staff.
