Job summary

The Center for Family Support Inc. is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee daily operation of the assigned residence, supervise DSPs, and ensure quality supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating programs, maintaining records, ensuring regulatory compliance (OPWDD), staff hiring/training, and managing the site’s systems and budget. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in developmental disabilities with 1+ year in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the residence and supervise DSPs.
• Coordinate, implement and evaluate individual program plans.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; ensure confidentiality and records compliance.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with OPWDD regulations.
• Attend team meetings and monitor payroll, incidents, and paperwork.
• Maintain residence facilities and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Ensure mandatory trainings are completed and conduct staff development.
• Build relationships with families and advocates; manage day-to-day operations.

Education
