Job summary

The Center for Family Support is seeking a Residence Manager in New Jersey to oversee daily operations and supervise Direct Support Professionals. You will ensure quality supports, manage budgets, and uphold regulatory standards under OPWDD guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred; and 3+ years in the field with 1+ year in supervision. Competitive benefits are offered to support staff and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in developmental disabilities with 1+ year of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and evaluate individual program plans and maintain records in compliance with OPWDD and state/federal regulations.
• Hire, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Orient and evaluate residential staff and ensure confidential records handling.
• Implement policies and programs in accordance with OPWDD regulations and guidelines.
• Attend and participate in team and committee meetings and trainings.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll, Res Hab, incident reports and investigations.
