ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring to provide quality support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role involves coordinating services, supervising Direct Support Professionals, and ensuring excellent customer service to families and stakeholders.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or a related degree. Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years' experience in developmental disabilities or higher degree.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, benefits, etc.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Develop and assess behavior support strategies and provide training on their implementation.
• Collaborate with service team for strong communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and quality of service.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families/guardians, county board, and service team.
