Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or training with persons with developmental disabilities required.
• Missouri Class E chauffeur’s license required.
• Experience with person-centered service plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned service sites.
• Supervise direct support professionals and manage schedules for 24/7 coverage.
• Ensure strict compliance with Missouri Medicaid and Division of Developmental Disability standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee PCSP implementation to help individuals achieve goals, build independent living skills and community participation.
