Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate level and type of residential supports for individuals on caseload.
• Train and oversee staff to follow ISPs and objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and annual planning for individuals.
• Attend appointments with individuals and ensure timely follow-up.
• Oversee medication and medical supply management and MAR reviews.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, and scheduling; manage time off and call-ins.
• Ensure monthly safety checks, DMH reporting, and monthly paperwork deadlines.
• Maintain calendar, transportation coordination for outings and appointments.
• Foster respectful, empowering environment and on-call coverage when needed.
