Qualifications

• Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior management experience and/or extensive I/DD experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a Family Care Safety Registry screening.
• Strong work ethic, accept supervision and provide feedback.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and sit/stand for prolonged periods.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
• Provide training and support to Direct Support Professionals.
• Attend appointments with individuals and track progress.
• Complete monthly safety checklist and drills.
• Manage staff scheduling and time off requests.
