Waypoint in Sanford, ME is seeking a skilled Operations Director to manage all facility operations and member care, ensuring compliance with agency, state and federal regulations. You will supervise, support and schedule residential staff, and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

This role requires coordinating medical/psychiatric care, monitoring quality, handling budgeting, and providing on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or waived with 5+ years of relevant experience in the human service field.
• 2–5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage staff, scheduling and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all facility operations and member care in accordance with agency, state and federal regulations.
• Supervise, support and schedule residential staff to provide high quality services/care.
• Maintain the physical facility to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
• Provide on-call emergency coverage as scheduled or needed.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
