Job summary

Waypoint is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage all facility operations and member care, ensuring compliance with agency, state and federal regulations. You will supervise residential staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain a safe, comfortable home environment across shifts.

The role demands strong leadership, budgeting awareness, and hands-on involvement in care coordination, medical oversight, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Social Services, Business, Health Care Administration or related field (may be waived with 5+ years in human services).
• Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all facility operations and member care in accordance with agency, state and federal regulations.
• Supervise, support and schedule residential staff to provide high quality services/care.
• Maintain the physical facility to ensure residents' safety and comfort; work varied hours as required.
• Coordinate medical/psychiatric care through professionals and ensure follow-through on recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within budget and regulatory compliance.
