Job summary

Waypoint is seeking a Workforce Manager for Residential Services to oversee scheduling and support House Managers. This role requires strong management and organizational skills to ensure quality member care.

The Workforce Manager will communicate regularly with staff and assist in training while handling after-hours staffing needs. The ideal candidate has experience with developmental disabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for residential programs.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage for staffing needs.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Maintain and update master schedule.
• Develop relationships with staff and members.
• Assist with training of new managers and staff.
