Chimes in Seaford, DE is seeking a Residential Home Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential homes, ensuring compliance with agency standards. You will supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, monitor medication and service records, and manage budgeting and supplies.

The role also involves coordinating staff training, IP planning, emergencies, resident transport, and meetings. We offer medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, generous PTO, a 403(b)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in disability services preferred (training provided).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential homes and ensure agency standards.
• Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals.
• Monitor medication and service records, audit and report errors.
• Manage budgeting, petty cash, and supplies for the homes.
• Coordinate staff training and IP planning; ensure quality activities for residents.
• Manage emergencies and maintain home and vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Transport residents and handle shopping and regulatory documentation.
• Attend and conduct meetings; participate in trainings and other duties as assigned.
