Aspire Living & Learning is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support a Department of Social Services-funded residential program for adults with disabilities. Under the Program Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate an effective team to deliver dignified, independent community living.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in IDD services, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in IDD services, preferably in a residential setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, administrative and communication skills.
• Knowledge of funding agency regulations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have demonstrated computer literacy.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have satisfactory background checks; may be required to sign on financial accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in the daily operation and oversight of a residential program.
• Act as a bridge between direct care staff and program leadership ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective team coordination.
• Provide hands-on leadership, staff guidance, and administrative support.
