Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support a DSS-funded residential program serving adults with disabilities. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in IDD services, leadership skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have demonstrated computer literacy.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide on-call support.
• Satisfactory background checks; may be required to sign on financial accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Aspire Living & Learning is looking for an Assistant Program Manager supports the Program Manager in the daily operation and oversight of, a residential program funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS) and providing support to adults with disabilities. This role serves as an important bridge between direct care staff and program leadership by ensuring high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager is responsible for providing hands-on leadership, staff guidance, and administrative support while helping to ensure that individuals supported receive care that promotes dignity, independence, and community inclusion in accordance with all state, federal, and agency requirements. Below outlines key aspects of the roles and responsibilities this position holds:

Starting Pay: $50,000/annually
