Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Program Manager to oversee daily operations for adults with developmental disabilities. You will supervise shift supervisors, ensure adherence to regulations, assist with clinical assessments, and participate in on-call coverage. Salary is $48,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field or the equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic Computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
• In some locations, a valid US driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance may be required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities and ensure effective service delivery.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency and state regulations; manage staffing schedules.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP assessments; participate in on-call coverage.
• Instruct residents in daily living skills and habilitative plans; support medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs.
• Plan with People Team to implement corrective actions when necessary.
