Job summary

Taney County Partnership seeks a Residential Services Lead to provide administrative, training, quality assurance, and direct support in residential settings. The role supports the House Manager to ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, staff development, and continuity of services, with scheduled shift coverage and participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Ability to be flexible, have on-call responsibilities, and fill in for shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and Quality Assurance: review residential documentation for accuracy and compliance; assist with QA audits; organize and file documents.
• Training and Staff Development: serve as backup trainer; assist with onboarding; provide in-home coaching on policies and safety.
• Direct Support and Shift Coverage: provide direct support; maintain a regular schedule; cover open shifts and provide PRN coverage; support activities of daily living and transportation; uphold resident rights and dignity; respond to emergencies.
• On-Call Responsibilities: participate in on-call rotation; guide staff during on-call; respond to urgent matters.
