Job summary

Stone County Developmental Disability Board seeks a Full-Time Residential Services Lead to oversee administrative, training, and direct support functions across residential services. You will assist with compliance, documentation, staff development, and on-call coverage while maintaining a strong presence in homes.

The role requires occasional evenings, overnights, and weekends, with qualifications including a high school diploma, 2+ years in direct care, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing direct support services.
• Strong documentation and records management.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet all agency background screening requirements.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports and residential service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and Quality Assurance duties including documentation reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Training and staff development with onboarding and coaching.
• Direct support and shift coverage, including PRN coverage for continuity of supports.
• On-call rotation participation and responding to urgent residential matters.
