Job summary

Community Options is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead our Residential Services team in Dickinson, ND. You will supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities and the elderly.

You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and collaborate with leadership to improve service quality, while maintaining compliance with program requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Access to a working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android).
• CPR and First Aid certified, or ability to obtain during training.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance where required.
• Criminal background check, drug screening and DHS pre-employment approval required.
• Complete required training/certification within the specified time frame.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in residential settings.
• Supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure health, wellness, and personal care needs are met.
• Maintain staff schedules and provide coverage as needed.
• Monitor site standards and staff performance.
• Manage budgets and financial records.
• Complete reports accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance service quality.
