Community Options is seeking a Team Lead in its Residential department to work closely with customers and supervisors to deliver supportive services, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation in North Dakota. The role also involves providing site-specific training, staff scheduling, and recording documentation, while promoting safety, respect, and a person-centered approach.

A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; pay is $19.38–$22.44 per hour DOE.
