Job summary

The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead our Residential Habilitation team. This role provides DSP supervision, leadership, case management support, and ensures quality care for individuals in the program.

Strong communication skills and a ND Direct Care Careers certificate are required, along with a valid driver's license. The position offers a full-time schedule with pay of $20.50 per hour and varied hours based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Complete Certificate with ND Direct Care Careers.
• Current Driver's License is required.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing DSPs with person-centered approaches and strategies.
• Overseeing purchases of home supplies and equipment.
• Complete checklists and reviews in the home to ensure activity and program fidelity.
• Accompany supported individuals to health-related appointments.
• Assist with meal planning and grocery shopping for balanced diets.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
