Pride, Inc. in North Dakota seeks a Residential Supervisor who believes in people, purpose, and potential. You’ll lead a team of direct care professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities toward autonomy and meaningful life choices.

This leadership role requires supervisory experience, a background in social services, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and individualized plans while ensuring safety and rights.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field preferred.
• Supervisory experience and passion for developmental services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to step in when needed.
