Job summary

Community Options Dickinson is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations in residential settings and support individuals with daily living tasks. You will ensure health, wellness, and personal care needs are met while maintaining staff schedules and budgets.

You will monitor site standards, complete reports on time, and collaborate with leadership to enhance service quality. A High school diploma or GED and DD program experience are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience within a human services or residential setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to report accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in residential settings.
• Support individuals with activities of daily living (cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation).
• Ensure health, wellness, and personal care needs are met.
• Maintain staff schedules and provide coverage as needed.
• Monitor site standards and staff performance.
• Manage budgets and financial records.
