The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in related fields; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field with at least 3 years of direct experience assisting individuals with serious mental illness.
• Master's degree preferred in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff in behavioral health, residential, or community-based settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop Residential Support Workers.
• Oversee daily operations of staffed residential homes to ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate individualized recovery plans and promote community integration for participants.
• Facilitate communication between residential staff, clinical teams, families, and community stakeholders.
