Job summary

Resources for Human Development is looking for a Residential Services Associate in Wilmington, Delaware. In this role, you will assist clients with severe mental illness, providing support and managing rehabilitation services.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, participate in treatment planning, and facilitate connections to essential community resources. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in accessing safe, timely, and quality services.
• Participate in treatment planning and case conferences.
• Provide in-home services including ADL training and medication assistance.

CPR/First Aid Certification

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
