Current Electrical is seeking a General Manager to lead our residential electrical and generator services in Huntsville, AL. You will own the entire operation, including sales, service, installation, people, customer experience, and financial performance.

This role requires 5+ years in residential home services leadership, strong P&L management, and the ability to drive revenue growth while developing a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a residential home services business (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, generators)
• Strong grasp of P&L and financial performance
• Proven ability to grow revenue and improve operations
• Hands-on leader who builds and develops high-performing teams
• Experience with home services software (ServiceTitan or similar) preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue, profitability, labor, materials, and operating expenses.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business in Huntsville and Birmingham markets.
• Drive sales execution, monitor close rates and average tickets.
• Keep service and installation operations running efficiently and safely.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team across all functions.
• Set expectations, accountability, and develop department leaders.
• Ensure a consistent, professional customer experience from first call to post-installation.
• Know the numbers and take action when results deviate from plan.
• Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
