Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Washington, DC is seeking a highly organized Residential Dispatcher to coordinate HVAC and plumbing service operations, support field technicians, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage schedules in ServiceTitan, adjust dispatch in real time, and communicate clearly with customers and team members while balancing urgent calls with routine appointments.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatch experience required.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt schedules quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch residential plumbing and HVAC service calls efficiently.
• Coordinate daily technician schedules based on availability, skillset, location, and customer needs.
• Monitor technician locations, job progress, and appointment statuses using ServiceTitan.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide ETA.
