Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-office coordination or dispatching.
• Extensive, hands-on experience utilizing ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro software.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage heavy call volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound phone calls with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.
• Dispatch field technicians effectively using ServiceTitan to optimize daily routing and response times.
• Maintain and set up customer maintenance programs to drive long-term client retention.
• Coordinate front-office administrative operations, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Oversee office supply inventory and proactively place orders to prevent operational delays.
• Collaborate closely with field technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts and streamline communication.
