Job summary

Multicultural Community Services of the Pioneer Valley, Inc. is seeking a passionate Director of Residential Services to oversee 19 community-based group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will lead operations, ensure high-quality care, and drive continuous improvement. This leadership role requires strong supervision, regulatory knowledge (DDS licensure), budget oversight, and collaboration with families, staff, and community partners to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in human services, preferably with DDS residential programs.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts DDS service delivery and regulatory systems.
• Strong team-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Calm, solutions-focused leadership and crisis management abilities.
• Proficiency with technology and a commitment to learning and growth.
