Job summary

Boone Supported Living, LLC is seeking an Area Director to lead residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Missouri. This hands-on role requires strong judgment, communication, and accountability to oversee multiple residential programs and their Professional Managers and House Managers.

The Area Director will ensure services meet Missouri DMH-waivered requirements, maintain documentation and training, and coordinate with HR and operations to address

Qualifications

• Five+ years of management experience at a senior level (e.g., Area Director, Program Director).
• Experience supervising multiple residential programs and direct-care staff.
• Strong understanding of Missouri DMH-waivered services and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Professional Managers and House Managers and oversee residential teams.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements, training, staffing, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Scheduling, Training and HR to address vacancies and performance issues.
• Monitor program indicators and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Complete monthly reports and other required documentation on time.
