Qualifications

• At least five years of management experience at a senior level.
• At least 10 years supporting individuals with IDD in Missouri DMH-waivered services or similar.
• Experience supervising managers and overseeing multiple residential programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and incident reporting.
• Ability to organize complex responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 6–10 Professional Managers and House Managers.
• Oversee daily operation of multiple residential programs.
• Ensure services comply with Missouri DMH and Medicaid waiver standards.
• Monitor documentation, training, staffing, and service delivery.
• Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharges.
• Lead crisis management, incident response, and investigations.
• Review reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
