Vodec is hiring a Residential Services Support Staff in Urbandale, IA. The role provides residential and administrative support to supervisors and managers, including filing, data entry, and information management for the host home subcontract program.

We offer robust benefits and a $1,000 bonus after six months while paying $17.50 per hour for a standard 40-hour week. Travel to host home sites may be required, with regular Monday–Friday 8am–4pm hours.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review program and host home provider documentation.
• Track compliance for host home providers and program.
• Conduct monthly host home visits; some travel required.
