Job summary

Candeo is seeking a Service Manager to oversee and coordinate delivery of support services, ensuring high standards of care across our client base in Iowa.

The Admissions and Provider Recruitment Coordinator role focuses on recruiting host home providers, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating client matching meetings with the admissions manager, and partnering with HR on background checks and status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with independent contractors, host home services, or HCBS services preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews, home assessments, and training sessions independently.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Valid Iowa Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass criminal history, motor vehicle, child abuse, dependent adult abuse and sex offender registry background checks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit host home providers: interviews, evaluate applications, inspections.
• Coordinate client matching meetings and onboarding.
• Maintain documentation for onboarding and approvals.
• Coordinate with HR on background checks and status updates.
• Collaborate with Admissions Manager to match clients with providers.
• Assist in scheduling orientations and client-provider meetings.
