Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Monitor residential programs and ensure quality service delivery.
• Assist with scheduling and filling open shifts.
• Complete payroll and employee evaluations.
• Maintain required documentation and records.
• Monitor staff training and compliance requirements.
• Ensure health, safety, meal, hygiene, and household standards are maintained.
• Participate in individual planning and house/program meetings.
• Communicate with families, guardians, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Assist with medical appointments and community activities as needed.
