Job summary

State of Washington Dept. of Social and Health Services, Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center, Shoreline, WA, is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator (RSC).

You will help supervise daily staffing for Direct Care Providers/Nurses, using SILAS to optimize schedules and support a 24/7 care facility. This role emphasizes compliance with ICF/ID and Skil Nursing Facility standards, strong data analysis, and after-hours coordination.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience working with clients with developmental disabilities or three years as an Attendant Counselor 3 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing levels and monitoring staffing patterns, makes adjustments and reviews needs.
• Maintains SILAS database and ensures compliance with IC F/ID and SkI ll nursing facility standards.
• Ensures after-hours and weekend procedures are followed and supports campus emergencies.
