Qualifications

• Experience handling challenging behaviors in a residential setting.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Strong communication with staff, residents and community partners.
• Willingness to learn crisis intervention and behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily crises and milieu relations in a 24/7 housing project.
• Coordinate with outside services and manage scheduling of appointments.
• Engage residents with outreach and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor lobby operations, visitor check-in and security systems.
• Respond to emergencies and document events in daily logs.
