Job summary

Prime Residential Property Management LP is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and beautify our Fremont community. You will handle resident requests, prepare vacants for occupancy, and ensure safety and cleanliness to uphold Prime’s standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in residential maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to participate in on-call rotation. HVAC certification is preferred; multifamily experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience (painting, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for community vehicles/golf carts.
• Able to participate in on-call rotation.
• Multifamily housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect vacated apartments and ready them for new residents.
• Conduct routine fire and life safety inspections and unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
