Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain our Portland community, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will address resident requests, prep vacant units, and uphold Prime’s high standards of care and appearance.

The role emphasizes reliable, hands-on maintenance expertise, strong customer service, and teamwork in a gated community setting. On-call rotations are required as part of the job.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience (painting, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles/golf carts.
• Able to participate in on-call rotation.
• Multi-Family housing experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect and prepare vacated apartments for new residents to market-ready standards.
• Conduct routine fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests via mobile app.
• Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the community is free from unsafe conditions and address issues promptly.
