Requirements include 2+ years of residential property maintenance, a valid driver's license, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of related experience in residential property maintenance.
• Valid driver's license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Able to participate in the shared, mandatory on call rotation.
• Multi-Family housing experience is preferred.
• HVAC Certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect vacated apartments for market-ready condition.
• Perform routine fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests professionally.
• Ensure the community is free of unsafe conditions and address issues promptly.
• Be familiar with utility cut-offs and property layout maps.
• Keep the community grounds clean and report service needs.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.
