Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair the community at Harborview in San Diego. You will handle resident requests promptly, prepare units for occupancy, and ensure safety and aesthetics meet Prime's standards.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance of appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, plus reporting and documentation using mobile tools. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Multi-family housing experience preferred.
• On-call rotation participation required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, doors, electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect vacated apartments and ensure market-ready readiness.
• Conduct fire and life/safety inspections and unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
