Job summary

TriBridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for The Mallory property in Raleigh, NC. This role requires multi-family maintenance experience and HVAC certification, with duties including on-call emergencies and daily move-out inspections.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in service maintenance, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent required; background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-family experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in the service maintenance field.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds.
• Must own required tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces is essential.
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing.
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.
