Job summary

NorthPoint Development is seeking a Service Technician to join our on-site maintenance team. You will respond to resident service requests and perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Universal HVAC certification. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work with a collaborative team to uphold safety and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or related experience and/or training.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• EPA Universal HVAC certification for refrigerant handling.
• Provide own hand tools and be proficient with hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident service requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain the community interior/exterior to meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws for the community.
• Perform other duties as needed.
