NorthPoint Development is seeking a Service Technician to join our team and maintain high standards across resident communities. You will handle service requests and perform repairs in plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and electrical, ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, multi-task, and contribute to a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Universal HVAC Certification.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to transport items up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work inside and outside in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical work.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain the interior/exterior of the community to high standards.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and multi-family regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.
