Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Supervisor for our residential department in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer service, and the ability to manage daily scheduling and administrative tasks.

You will supervise service technicians, ensure timely job completion, and coordinate with office staff to maximize efficiency and profitability. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs; ensuring customers' preferences are met.
• Provide immediate problem-solving assistance to office staff/service technicians.
• Monitor service technicians’ schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Track jobs completed and perform follow-up calls to ensure expectations are met.
• Facilitate processing of completed jobs for proper handling of materials and billing.
• Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Perform employee performance reviews with the Department Manager and provide coaching as needed.
• Participate in planning to establish department goals and objectives.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
