The role requires leading a team, coordinating with HOA and housing voucher programs, and ensuring policies and Fair Housing guidelines are followed. Travel within the market may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required in the applicable state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Own the resident experience by proactively addressing concerns, managing escalations, and ensuring swift resolution to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee move-in process to ensure lease compliance and seamless transition for future residents.
• Manage collections by resolving ledger disputes, conducting outreach, processing in-person payments, and attending court as necessary.
• Partner with local leaders and central teams to implement retention plans and achieve renewal targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing team with training and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with HOA, city, municipal, and housing voucher programs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trespasser processes in partnership with Security to resolve unauthorized occupancy per local/state laws.
• Adhere to FirstKey Homes policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
