Job summary

FirstKey Homes, LLC seeks a Regional Service Manager in the Atlanta area to oversee Maintenance Managers across multiple markets. You will ensure service requests meet company standards, manage budgets, and drive resident satisfaction.

You will guide escalation handling, vendor pricing reviews, and invoice approvals while training teams, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring health and safety compliance across properties. Expect regional travel and leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience reviewing cost estimates and scopes of work.
• Experience managing multiple contractors/crews at various locations.
• Experience leading teams across dispersed geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Managers and Vendors in their region to ensure best outcomes on service requests and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage KPIs for response times, resident satisfaction and productivity.
• Resolve escalated matters from Service Managers in the region.
• Review third-party vendor requests and approve pricing; approve invoices for completed work.
• Train teams on new processes and promote maintenance best practices; coordinate training.
• Monitor cost control of service orders and ensure tasks stay within budget.
• Follow up on service orders to resolve issues and assure resident satisfaction.
• Track work orders and report updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations across properties.
• Coordinate activities to maximize process efficiency.
• Supervise staff, set goals and hold teams accountable for results.
• Ensure ongoing feedback and training for associates; manage performance reviews and development plans.
